Easy Support AI uses Gmail access solely to read customer support emails and send the replies you approve. We only access data required for the app to function properly.

We do not store the full content of your emails on our servers. Only minimal technical data (e.g., message ID or generated reply) may be temporarily processed to deliver the service.

No email content, customer information, or personal data is ever shared, sold, or used for advertising, external AI training, or marketing purposes.

All communication between your Shopify store, Gmail, and our servers is encrypted. You may revoke Gmail access at any time from your Google Account.

Compliance: Easy Support AI complies with GDPR and CCPA. You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time.
